Shipping Conditions
From the moment you place your order on www.mantracoffeeroastry.com, payment / billing information is checked. The purchases you make on www.mantracoffeeroastery.com are delivered to Istanbul within 1 to 3 business days, and to all cities outside Istanbul within 1 to 5 business days following the order, reflected on your invoice over the tariff of the cargo company or companies we have contracted. Depending on the nature of the product / service purchased, the delivery time may vary or may not require physical delivery. Orders placed before 12.00 noon on Friday will start to be delivered from Saturday. Depending on the location where the cargo company operates, it may be on Monday. Since all orders you place after 17:00 on Friday will be processed on the next Monday, you may not be able to arrive before Tuesday. There is no delivery on Sundays. In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clearly as possible. You can even write the description of your address, if available. (Example: third street when you enter next to the post office etc.)
Return & Exchange Conditions
Our products are checked many times before they are sent to you. We make sure that we take the necessary precautions to avoid any problems. Despite this, we do not make our customers suffer in case of any malfunction caused by us or the cargo company. You can return the products within 7 days and get your money back. The refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The period of reflection of the refund to your account is at the initiative of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 45 days at the latest, and payments made by money order within 1 week at the latest.
We accept change requests within 7 days, provided that the invoice and packaging of the product are complete and undamaged. In exchange requests, shipping costs belong to the buyer. The day the product reaches us, it will be processed and then the purchasing procedures will be applied.
